Welcome to Pocketbookz! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pocketbookz mobile application (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
1. Use of the App:
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- You may not use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party’s use of the App.
- You may not use the App to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
- The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability:
- In no event shall Pocketbookz or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the App.
8. Modifications to Terms:
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law:
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
